After releasing two different eye shadow palettes and one lip kit from the Kylie Jenner makeup line, the products sold out in less than a minute, causing prices to skyrocket on the secondary market. Despite the high demand for her new line of makeup products, it doesn’t seem like Kylie Cosmetics will be enough to fund her upcoming wedding with Travis Scott. What Is Kylie Cosmetics?
With her Kylie Cosmetics line, Kylie Jenner has taken the beauty world by storm. The 18-year-old reality star and makeup mogul created and launched her line of lip kits, liquid lipstick, eyeshadows, brushes, and more in early 2016. Lip kits are one-step liquid lipsticks that come in a variety of colors to match any skin tone. They retail for $29 and are sold out almost immediately when they’re released (believe me).
The starter set features two colors: Dolce K and Candy K. I personally love Dolce K because it’s a soft nude color perfect for everyday wear.

And people are not only loving the colors in these palettes; they’re crushing on the names she chose for each one: Birthday Suit, Prankster, & Rockstar. In other words, these are the perfect colors if you want to either feel sexy or pull a prank while rocking out (you know what we’re talking about).
All About Lip Kits
Kylie Jenner’s makeup sets come in two different sets: lip kits and lip glosses. Kylie Jenner lip kits are the more popular of the two, and they come with an exclusive matching liner and shade. Lip kits can be used on their own or they can be layered over another lipstick to give your lips a new look.
The first Kylie Cosmetics lip kit released was called True Brown K, which included a matte brown lipstick, matching liner, and soft pink gloss. The second set that came out was called Dolce K, which had a dusty rose color that matched its name.

I love that they have made two of the shades pop out and it will make my eyes pop which I LOVE to do. Not only that, but it also has creams: for both lips and cheeks. Kylie Jenner’s makeup looks are what I would like to call perfect and these look beautiful as well!

The Kylie Cosmetics Kyshadow Matte Eyeshadow Palette has been flying off the shelves ever since its release. Kylie Cosmetics listened to customer feedback and created a new matte palette that would suit all skin types. I am personally obsessed with the Kyshadow Matte Eyeshadow Palette because it has an amazing color selection, which is great for any eye color or looks you want to create. The colors are very pigmented and blendable, which also makes this eyeshadow palette very versatile in your makeup bag.
Along with the original Kyshadow Eyeshadows, three new matte shades are perfect for everyday looks and can be used as transition colors as well.
Kybrow Brow Gel & Pencil Duo
The Kylie Cosmetics Kybrow Brow Gel & Pencil Duo ($30) is a universal brow kit that has everything you need to fill in and sculpt your perfect eyebrow shape. The Kybrow gel feels like an old favorite as soon as you apply it to your eyebrows. The velvety cream formula applies smoothly, has enough hold to last all day, and doesn’t flake or smudge once dried.
It also doesn’t feel stiff or crunchy when applied- the soft texture allows for easy blending. I found that the pencil was just as good, if not better than some of the other high-end pencils that I own.
Double Duty Shadow and Liner in Rich Chocolate & Endless Brown
It’s no surprise Kylie Jenner has come out with another eye shadow palette. Her new line called Double Duty Shadow and Liner features an eyeshadow palette cream, Kylie Jenner makeup sets, and Kylie Jenner makeup looks. The product description states that the Double Duty Shadow & Liner can be used for either eyes or lips.
This seems like it would make for a perfect product to take on vacation since there are so many options for use. Kylie Cosmetics products are known for being long-lasting, pigmented and crease-free which makes them some of the best in the industry.
Keeping it under $25
I’m sure you have all seen the new Kylie Jenner makeup palettes that are now available in stores. There are a ton of different color options and they’re so cute and compact. I was lucky enough to get my hands on one of them and I love it so much. The packaging is nice and they feel sturdy. They also come with a mirror which is great for traveling because you won’t need to carry anything else in your purse.
The only downside to these palettes, in my opinion, is the price tag. If you’re looking for something that looks good but doesn’t cost an arm or leg, Ulta has a lot of options for makeup palettes that are similar to Kylie’s but more affordable.

It seems that Kylie Jenner has a makeup line to satisfy every woman’s needs.
